Design an Easter Bag! #BostikBlogger

Easter is just around the corner (yes, the year is already flying by!), and with it comes our latest craft inspiration thanks to Bostik and Craft Merrily. We were sent a delightful bundle of Easter themed bits and bobs and we decided to go with something that was pretty and practical; an Easter Bag - perfect for collecting all those yummy eggs!
For this craft you will need:

  • Simple plain tote bag
  • ribbon
  • Fabric paint
  • Gems
  • Bostik Glu Dots
  • Foam easter egg
  • Sharpies
  • Paper or card
  • Easter embellishments

Step 1

Pop paper or card inside the bag to prevent the fabric paint bleeding through to the other side. Use the fabric pen to write your Easter message. Molly chose 'Happy Easter!'. I'd like to add, this could be your first or last step, depending on your child's preferences! Needless to say, Molly wanted to write first, but be warned, it's easy to smudge when you're doing the next steps...

Step 2

Decorate an Easter Egg!

Step 3

Attach the egg with Bostik Glu Dots.

Step 4

Use Bostik Glu Dots to attach gems all around the edges (or anywhere you like!).

Step 5

Attach any other Easter embellishments, such as bunnies and a bow!

And there you have it, a perfect bag ready for all those Easter Egg Hunts!

I hope you enjoyed this craft, please let me know if you try it out...

Thanks to Bostik and Craft Merrily for providing us with all these lovely things to make this lovely bag.
