Review: Thatchface Beard Oils.

We are all quite big beard fans in this house, mostly because we all adore Warren and a big part of him is his beard! I'm always on the lookout for high quality beard products, in particular beard oils to keep his hair soft and smelling sweet so when Thatchface offered to send us some products to try out, I couldn't say no...

Thatchface was brought to life at the beginning of this year by Ben and Leanne Cleaver; their focus is on simple quality products perfect for beards but at an affordable price. Their creations came to life in their very own kitchen, how wonderful is that?!

We were sent two oils to try out; Full Mint and Wild Zest. They are both very different in terms of scent, with Wild Zest smelling exactly as it sounds! I really love mint so Full Mint was definitely my favourite out of the two...

BUT, when it comes to any scented products, they will always different on different people. So it was time to test them out on the beard! We were away for the week and it seemed the perfect opportunity to test them out. I knew I'd love the Full Mint scent, but what would the Wild Zest smell like once it had been applied?

It smelt absolutely gorgeous, and even Molly commented about how delicious it smelt!Warren's beard looked so luscious and shiny, it really made a difference to the texture of the hair. Warren also agreed it smelt great and he looked very pleased with himself!

Not only do Thatchface produce gorgeous products, they also donate 10% of all beard oil profits to cancer charities. Ben was diagnosed with testicular cancer in 2009 and their decision to donate in this way is incredibly touching, you can find out more about his story here

I think this is a wonderful way to buy a luxurious product for the bearded one in your life and make a huge difference in the life of those going through one of the harshest realities of life.

Thatchface's beard oils are currently on offer for £13.50 (RRP £14.99) and they'd be a perfect gift for Christmas. You'd not only be giving to a loved one but you'd also be helping in the fight against cancer, and that's pretty darn special in my opinion.

Disclosure: I received oils in exchange for review. All opinions are 100% honest and my own.
