#EcoverLaundry Challenge With Britmums!

Laundry is a bit of a mish-mash in this house, with the kiddies helping out as and when they can. I'm quite particular about my washing as well as how clothes are sorted into wash piles (no coloured garments in with the white batch!), but it's good to work together and at the same time it teaches the children how to wash their clothes!

So we tend to sort into colours and the biggest pile is washed first. I think the worst thing about washing is finding things in the washing machine after the wash has finished, such as toys or toilet roll. I really don't have time to check pockets so the tissue scenario happens a lot, and it's a total nightmare!

I love how the kids have taken over 'sock-sorting' in the past year or so, they've turned it into a game so it's fun for them and helpful for me… I think my favourite thing about washing is being able to hang the items outside afterwards, it just has this summer vibe and it saves electricity so it's pretty win-win!

George and Molly always comment on freshly washed clothes, the smell and freshness is so uplifting. When we were sent Ecover’s new Non-Bio Concentrated Laundry Detergent we couldn't wait to try it out!

I'm always looking for something easy to use that will leave our clothes feeling fresh, soft and clean. Ecover's lavender and sandalwood scented detergent is just that; with simple to follow instructions al l you need to do is fill the cap and add to the machine and you're done! No more powder spillages, that's for sure…

My washing was left smelling clean and fresh, and I think I'd definitely consider using Ecover again for our clothes.

Disclosure: This post is an entry for BritMums #EcoverLaundry Challenge, sponsored by Ecover. I received free detergent and all opinions are 100% honest and my own.
